Über Mich / About Me

DEUTSCH:
Mein Name ist Manuel Jokiel und ich bin seit über 10 Jahren tätig im Fernsehbusiness. Ich arbeite hauptberuflich bei einer TV-Produktionsfirma mit Sitz in Berlin und habe tagtäglich mit den Herausforderungen der Qualitätssicherung für unsere Produktionen zu tun. Ich kenne diverse Kodierungs-Workflows, die Tücken der verschiedensten non-linearen Schnittsysteme, und wage zu behaupten, dass der DroneDoc Pro ein kleines Meisterwerk meinerseits ist.

Ich entwickle auch viele andere Tools, die unsere Workflows im Haus optimieren - leider kann ich nicht alle davon zur Verfügung stellen. Aber: Es gibt das EDL2Gema Tool, welches ich kostenfrei auch noch anbiete. Dieses habe ich am 23.11.2021 aktualisiert, damit sowohl Video- als auch Audio-Spuren berücksichtigt werden, was hilfreich ist, wenn man auch reines Videomaterial lizenzieren muss.

Mein Ziel ist es bei all meinem Schaffen, hoffentlich eine Vielzahl von Leuten mit meinen Ideen ein Stück weit nach vorne zu bringen und alltägliche Lösungen zu schaffen, egal wie groß oder klein der Nutzen ist.

My name is Manuel Jokiel and I am working for over 10 years in the television business. I'm working full-time at an tv production company based in Berlin and I have to deal with quality management for our productions every single day. I know many coding workflows, all the pitfalls of non-linear editing systems, and I would venture to say that DroneDoc Pro is my little masterpiece.

I am also developing some other useful tools, to improve the workflows in our company, but unfortunately I cannot supply all of my work. But: There is my other Tool EDL2PRS, which you can download for free. I updated it on 23. Nov 2021 because sometimes you have to licence video content only, so the new version analyses both video and audio.

My aim is, to reach a lot of people and bring them and their work to the front, and also deliver everyday solutions, no matter how big or small the benefit is.
